Every Cheeky Boy Harness order is packaged discreetly and sent using a tracked delivery service. Shipping costs are calculated according to your destination and the weight of your order. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Check Your Address
Please check that your complete delivery address is correct before submitting your order.
This should include any apartment number, building name, postcode or regional information required by your local postal service.
For overseas orders, we recommend using a full residential or business street address. Duties-paid services may not be available for PO boxes in some countries.
Please contact us as quickly as possible if you notice an address mistake. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.
Need it by a certain date?
If you need your order by a specific date or for an upcoming event, please contact us before placing your order. We can advise whether the timeframe appears realistic, but we cannot guarantee postal or customs delivery times.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number when your parcel has been sent.
Tracking can sometimes take several hours to activate after the shipping label has been created.
For international orders, tracking may be available through both Royal Mail and the delivery partner in your country.
Please check your junk or spam folder if you cannot find your dispatch confirmation.
Delayed or Missing Orders
Delivery dates are estimates, and occasional postal or customs delays can happen.
If tracking has not updated for several days, or your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
We will check the tracking, contact the delivery provider when necessary and help resolve the problem.
Cheeky Boy Harness remains responsible for your order until it has been delivered to the address supplied during checkout.
If tracking states that your order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check:
- Any nominated safe place
- With other members of your household
- With neighbours
- Around entrances, porches or shared mail areas
- With your building reception or concierge
Please then contact us if the parcel still cannot be found.
UK Shipping
Delivery time: Orders arrive according to the delivery option selected at checkout.
UK orders are sent using a Royal Mail tracked service. Available options include:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24
- Royal Mail Tracked 48
- Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm
Your delivery includes:
- Tracking from dispatch to delivery
- Delivery updates from Royal Mail
- Confirmation once your order has been delivered
- Plain, discreet packaging
There are no customs charges or import fees for orders delivered within the United Kingdom.
International Shipping Times
Estimated delivery after dispatch
Europe: approximately 3–5 working days
United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and other worldwide destinations: approximately 5–7 working days
International orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked and are then passed to the national postal service or delivery partner in the destination country.
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Customs processing, local public holidays, severe weather and delays within the destination country may sometimes extend the delivery timeframe.
Tracking may temporarily pause while a parcel is travelling between countries. More detailed updates will usually appear once it has been received and scanned by the local delivery partner.
International Taxes & Customs Duties
Taxes, customs duties and import charges vary depending on the destination country. In many regions, these costs are already included in the product or shipping price.

United States
Orders usually arrive within 6–7 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs processing, public holidays or delays within the local delivery network.
Product prices shown to customers in the United States include the 10% US import duty currently applied to our products.
Eligible US orders are sent using a duties-paid service, so you should not normally be asked to pay an additional import duty when your order is delivered.
Royal Mail’s duties-paid service is currently available for US orders valued up to US$800.
Any applicable state sales tax will be displayed and collected during checkout where required.
In the unlikely event that you are asked to pay an unexpected customs charge, please contact us before making the payment so that we can investigate.
European Union
Orders shipped to the European Union typically arrive within 3–5 working days after dispatch.
New €3 EU Customs Duty Included
From 1 July 2026, the European Union introduced a new €3 customs duty on qualifying orders valued at €150 or less that are imported from outside the EU.
We include this new €3 customs duty in our shipping prices for every European Union country. You will therefore not be asked to pay this particular fee separately when your order arrives.
Taxes and Duties Prepaid for Selected EU Countries
For selected EU destinations, we use Royal Mail’s Postal Delivered Duties Paid service, also known as PDDP.
This allows us to prepay the applicable import VAT, customs duties and Royal Mail handling fees before your order is delivered. Customers in the following countries should not receive any unexpected import charges on delivery:
Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain and Sweden.
For other EU countries, the new €3 EU customs duty is still included in your shipping price. However, local import VAT or handling charges may be payable when the parcel arrives if these have not been collected during checkout.
Australia and New Zealand
All applicable import taxes, customs duties and handling fees are included in the prices shown at checkout for customers in Australia and New Zealand.
These charges are collected and prepaid when you place your order, so you should not receive any unexpected customs or import fees when your parcel is delivered.
Orders are sent using a tracked international delivery service and usually arrive within 6–7 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs processing, public holidays or delays within the local delivery network.
You will receive your tracking information by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Other International Destinations
We ship to many other destinations worldwide using a tracked international delivery service.
Orders sent outside Europe usually arrive within 6–7 working days after dispatch.
Duties and Taxes Prepaid for Selected Countries
For eligible orders sent to Norway, Switzerland and the United States, we use Royal Mail’s Postal Delivered Duties Paid service, also known as PDDP.
Applicable import taxes, customs duties and handling fees are included in the amount paid at checkout and prepaid before delivery. Customers in these countries should therefore not receive any unexpected import charges when their order arrives.
All Other Destinations
For countries not covered by our prepaid duties service, local customs authorities or delivery companies may charge import taxes, customs duties or handling fees when the parcel arrives.
These charges are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout specifically confirms that they have been included.
