We are more than happy to make alterations or replace an item for free, so long as the measurements you provide are correct.

Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Use a delicates bag if available. Air dry only, do not tumble dry. Wash whites separately from colors.

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Please allow up to 3 working days during particularly busy periods or when measurements need confirming.

Yes. UK and international orders are sent using a tracked delivery service. Your tracking information will be emailed to you after dispatch.

Yes. Orders are sent in plain white or plain outer packaging without a product description or promotional branding. International orders must include a legally required customs declaration.
