For most 'average' guys, this size can be worn comfortably for extended periods with your harness without restricting blood flow. When erect, the fit becomes naturally firmer, so avoid staying erect while wearing a cock ring for prolonged periods.

This item was well made, crafted to my size and although took a moment to figure out how to put it on, it was so comfortable! I would highly recommend working with the seller to customise the full harness!
